Paul arrived in the timeframe supplied, quickly confirmed the fault (blown fan element) and repaired accordingly. He also told us the oven light bulb had blown and offered to replace it. We agreed. The whole process was very professional, he knew his trade well and cleaned up after himself. We would thoroughly recommend his business and would call upon his services for any other appliance repair.

Called the company for a washing machine issue. One person came, looked at the machine for 5 mins, n charged 145 for suggesting us to buy a new washing machine.Not sure in what world this is reasonable. You are essentially charging more than a cardio specialist, lawyer or a CA for your service.Absolute bummer. We had told about the issue on phone. Told him about the age of washing machine. He didnt even attempt anything. Just saw it and said 'get a new one'.

Very impressed with my experience.Paul was bang on time and ready to go as if my washing machine was a time critical mission. He really does respect your time and comes pre prepared which I highly appreciate. No messing about here and even while being super quick was still able to be polite and friendly. Paul was very quick to find the problem, I’m talking 20 seconds, then calmly and efficiently fixed the problem ( replaced the pump ) which he already had with him. Ultra professional, quick and methodical. I was also charged less than others quote online. Awesome experience, thanks Paul.
