Absolutely rude my partner parked my car for 30 seconds just to put some boxes in the boot a bald headed man came racing out yelling at me to move my car yelling move the car now you can't park here I said we will only be not even a minute my partner is just putting a couple boxes in my car he then opened the driver side car and demanded to move the car my partner then walk around and said what's the problem the bald men then calmed down and said sorry mate you can't park here. My partner then said just putting some boxes in then I will move the bold man then walked away.If he could talk to me like complete rubbish but then back peddle once confronted by a man I would honestly hate to be this man's wife. I will never ever go any where near Auto barn again Absolutely rude and nasty.

I went in just to get a phone charger for the car and went straight up to the counter, i started talking to a gentleman about what i was after, and another shop attendant push in with his customer and said you dont mind do you. I said no as i was not at that stage paying for anything, but it was bloody ennoying as he made me feel like i was unimportant compared to his customer. Any way he waved me and my assistant away so he could do his sale. The gentleman that help me was very nice ( he was tall beared man) and even though he tryed to help me with what i needed they didnt have it in stock. He advised where i might find what i was looking for.

One of the male workers either has untreated adhd or more likely has a massive ice addiction as he rudely interrupted myself and one of the other staff members enquire about a new two way radio set-up. spent my money elsewhere as the owners of the store will appreciate I am sure .

Can't speak highly enough of Matt, Mel and the team at Ballina. Went into enquire about an media head unit and their helpfulness and knowledge was flawless. I was able to buy and have it installed in the time it took me to go and have lunch (OK, the timing was lucky). This level of customer service is hard to find. Autobahn must pick the right people and train them well as I had a similar experience in the Tweed shop. I did try one of their competitors and couldn't find anyone to help as the 3 floor staff were down the back having a chat.

Top notch service and pricing. Needed new wiper blades and Gaz had them done in minutes.

Dropped in and grabbed a new battery a few weeks ago and today I picked up new wiper blades, big tall fella with the beard helped out both times, Gary I think. Such good service, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, thanks mate.
