Tex was outstanding with everything he did to make my import process as simple and cost effective as possible. I arranged my item to be delivered to Brisbane Port then he sorted it from there, but I really should have engaged him to do the whole process from the manufacturer direct to my door from the beginning! Tex Longhorn from End to End Customs was fantastic. We imported an excavator from Japan and Tex assisted us with the process from beginning to end. We are located in Cairns and the excavator came into Brisbane so he was our man on the ground. Sorted everything out. Helped us avoid storage fees and monitored customs processes until it was released to our freight carrier. He was very efficient and kept us updated at all times. Thanks Tex. We will be back for our next import :-)

Tex has been super great at everything he does. He’s very prompt and responsive at helping us navigate the customs processes and provided support from begining to end. We really appreciate all his help as we were not familiar with the process at all with it being our first time going thru this. I can not recommend the folks at End to End Customs more highly. They made our first time importing machinery an extremely low stress affair. Tex, was quick to respond to any questions (there were a lot). And advised on questions I needed to ask our manufacturer. We were given a clear outline of the costs we would need to cover to clear customs, as well as the exact day the machine would arrive at our warehouse. Highly professional organisation, we will definitely be working with them again.
