Product and service was at a very good price.They had promised to attend at 6:30 am but it was raining and I guessed that they wouldn’t show like most tradesmen. Wrong. On time and a great job done.

We needed a new pool service provider and connected with Pristine. Our pool had turned completely green during winter after storms earlier in the year and our old pool service provider not returning despite a number of attempts to follow up with them. Wayne from the Pristine team brought our pool back to crystal clear in two visits and we were not charged until we were happy with the job. He talked us through everything he was doing and what he was needing to put into the pool and why. They are now our new service provider looking after our pool regularly. The text messaging reminder system for bookings is amazing and is nothing like anything else I've experienced with any other pool service provider. We haven't had to do any chasing to find out when they are coming and get a text the day before and when they are on their way to the property. Top service in this field

Really impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the Pristine Pool team which is not always common in their industry. They are easy to communicate with via a service app and by phone. They have recently upgraded my Astral pool heater due to a recall and replaced my burner kit. I trust their advice and expertise and have recommended them to others who have have had bad experiences with other companies.
