I asked questions on how to send packages for my small business and i got for an answer was a lame response that related nothing to my question. 3 Staff we’re working and all looked angry and bored. Very dim Lighting and not a good mood to be in the store for a long time. If you are just there to post something it is good, but customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Worst customer service!!! When asked for help, manger Rose has openly said she doesn't care"! Would give it no stars if I could! Good customer service is dead!"

Worst customer service, very rude and disrespectful. Wasted my time for something so simple when I had provided all relevant information and evidence to make things run smoothly, and she had made it out like I was the issue and made things difficult. Also to note it’s not wise to have staff on who are very sick, coughing on the parcels, I would advise the manager to take note of this as we your customers don’t want to get sick thanks. They also weren’t allowing me to get my package as my postage address is different to my residential, I had enough evidence to prove it but she still wouldnt budge and was being extremely rude about it. Then got passed to the manager who was okay to deal with not the best but finally I was able to bring my parcel home after wasting 30 mins of my life.

-1 Star if there is such an option. Terrible customer service and blame the customer for their own mistakes and refused to provide refund. Just plain bad bad customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Literally do not pick up the phone ever. Useless.

The lady who served me at 11:05 AM on Friday 27/08/21 at the left most counter deserves the award for “worst customer experience ever”. I mean how does she even have a job with such mindset, dismissive attitude and limited skill set? What is Australia Post’s hiring/screening process?Zero care. Unaware of internal processes. Dismissive and absolutely rude.

I have always found the staff here polite and efficient. They have answered my queries promptly- no complaints.

Extremely rude and actually damaged our passport photos and therefore stuffed up our application, therefore having to go back (to another much kinder post office) to fix it.

DO NOT PURCHASE AUS POST GIFT CARD IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE IT ONLINE! IT WILL NOT WORK. GET THE OFFICE WORKS ONE!

Today 30/06/2022 Their customers service is so lame . I was waiting 18 minutes to drop my kids passport off , the girl from middle side said go come back in 20 minutes i was already waited 18 minutes she said go come back in 20 to 30 minutes.. she didn’t even said sorry .I was ready just to drop off .. because she was to busy to talk about her life style with some girls … even the day before I went to there I took my 4 weeks sons to take a picture ( passport picture ) he told me tell him to open his ayes !!!! Unbelievable I was shocked people around they were laughing at him . I told him mate he is only 4 weeks old he doesn’t talk what you talking about ? I don’t know why these people so arrogant, they think they are better than everyone ! I will never go back even some friends are not happy about there service, I rather drive another 5 minutes to use somewhere else
