Fresh Poultry

Very rude staff. My wife parked her car in the proper place, but one of the staff there decided to park his car behind my wife's car and blocked her way. My wife while holding our baby on her arm was running between the rooms to ask about the owner of the car that blocked her way. The staff who owned the car came very late although my wife spoke with him. After the staff member removed his car, he kept pressing on the horn in an ultimately rude way which wasn't strange in that place. My wife and my baby did not receive any help or support from the other staff there.There are heaps of similar poultries selling the same products with competitive prices in the area which you can visit. But Fresh poultry is NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

It should be zero out of 5, but I don't have the option to give zero.I rang them on Wednesday 10th Feb - see screenshot below. Placed an order for 10 chickens (5 size 10 and 5 size 15). If you want your chicken skin off and cut into pieces, you need to call them in advance and place order. Anyhow, went into the shop on Thursday morning. I was told that they don't have my order. I rang them again Thursday afternoon (yesterday) and placed another order for 10 chickens. I went there again today around 7.15am and I was told that they also didn't have my order. Yet again. They don't know what happened to it. The lady at the counter said the Head office mustn't have passed on the order. I am not sure if it's some level of incompetency or just lack of trying - but I am just disappointed regardless.One final note - their chickens (the ones on sale) stinks really really bad.

First time visiting this place, Lebanese lady at the counter is abrupt and has no customer service skills. However the Asian lady who served my sister was very pleasant. Hope that this can be improved .

Rude staff, not much cheaper than other places like lakemba

I have used this company only once, but experience has been the best!We are couple in our 70s, in this stressful time for everyone I found their support and help very useful. I liked very fresh and tasty chicken delivered to me next day after the order. Price is very competitive.If I can, I will keep using this great company for a long time.

Good quality chicken at affordable prices for the public. Usually there is a bit of a wait inside the store (on saturdays between 9.30am and 12pm) but there aren't many places around Sydney with wholesale buying options.

Store is ok, prices reasonable but 1 star because of the old grumpy woman at the counter, I feel so attacked and pushy when I have to deal with her, sack her and see how good your store will do.

The lady at the counter is rude & pushy. She makes you rush with your order. It’s like your not allowed to think & choose your purchase. Specially when your bulk buying and travel from far to get your order in.The quality of the chicken is disgusting. Extremely dirty. This is what happens when they become “Market leaders” quality goes out the window it’s all about making the bucks!

Fresh produce everytime we go and its very clean staff are always happy to serve you with a smile

Horrible location and poor customer service. No parking space. Prices are very different then website. Went this morning to buy dozens of chicken for $4.50 each as seen on the website but in the shop those are $6. Asked to match the price but the manager who after long wait just advised website price is only for home delivery! Absolute waste of time and effort!
