Paid $320 for a 'Full Detail' before selling my car. Not much 'attention' to said 'detail'.I could probably have done as good a job myself at home, so I'm not thrilled with what I paid. Was it cleaned? Definitely! But was it detailed ... no. Had to point out several things when I collected the car, including grubby finger prints on all windows, and door handles still full of gunk from kids. After getting it home, found several more areas not cleaned, including inside centre console. Minor concerns really, but when you are paying a premium for a premium service, you expect... well... better.

Really happy with the platinum wash I had yesterday - the car was really clean inside and out. I've had some disappointing experiences at the Woden Star Wash - But recommend South Point!

My car was so shiny..My ctyre rims had some residual dirt between spokes.My carpet clean was ok but still dirt between front doors and seat and at intersection if seat base and back.

Not impressed. I arrived half an hour early and they told me they were planing on closing early. It’s clear they rushed, there was very obvious soap residue left on car, I had to rinse it off myself when I got home. Streak marks left all over the car, and they didn’t bother cleaning surfaces before adding shine protectant to plastic. Didn’t clean the windows properly, there was water marks on every window, they obviously didn’t use a chamois or even a dry cloth. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone. It’s over priced and they didn’t provide the service I paid for.

Very poor service. Paid for a polish service including wheel detail, clay bar, etc. They had my car for over 5 hrs but wheels were still dirty, spots still all over the car clearly showing it had not been polished and windows not cleaned. When I pointed out the issues they went around the car with a cloth attempting to fix, and offered a $10 discount off the $99 cost. Have not had concerns with the Civic branch but will not use Tuggeranong again.

It was the worst job they have ever done yesterday. I'm an aged pensioner and $139 Is a lot to pay for a very poorly wash and polish of my car . I had to go back for my very poorly cleaned car mats as they forgot to put them in. The Boot was not vacuumed and a poor job done on tyres. The front windscreen still had film on the inside and vacuuming was not to good standards. I will not be going back and will be letting my friends know not to waste their good money going there either. My neighbour said it looked like they did not even polish it. Goodbye Star Wash.

Detail execution is poor with damage to vehicle. Climate control operating half on heater and half on AC.A standard exterior wash would be fine and with capability.

Was left waiting for 9.30 appointment. When arrived an hour and half later to collect, station was left unattended with everything open keys and car could have been easily stolen.Outside clean was good, inside clean was poor, needed to give the floor another vacuum when i got home as sand and dirt was still found.Unfortunately would not recommend and will not use Star car wash again.
