5 star service every time I get a cut from Kem. Highly recommend this barber shop. Been a regular customer for a while now and can't fault the team.

I ordered the product as stated on their website with the intention to order the exact product ultra matte paste barber exclusive due to ingredients in it being different to a similar product from the same company for commercial use but when I received the product it was the one for commercial use. When contacting this place again I got a response via email “What’s your phone number mate”, but no phone call since and no explanation provided. Extremely unprofessional customer service without any support to return/exchange the product.

Had an appt at 11:50, saw 5 other people go before me.. finally got called up at 12:25.. Not even sure if it was Justin as there was a massive language barrier.. back of neck uneven and asked for a number 2 but there are long bits, beard was trimmed again missed bits.. been 6 hours since and i am just finding all the bits he missed.. he didnt know my name when charging me.. terrible service find somewhere else to go..

My boyfriend always get his hair done here. The staff are always very friendly and make sure we’re always well looked after. The free coffee is definitely an awesome bonus also.10/10 :)

Above and beyond what you'd expect from a barber shop, easily the best spot in Adelaide. Friendliest staff, the complimentary drinks and amenities are always excellent (the coffee is worth the trip alone), and the range of services provided are top tier; I've always left feeling great! Massive shoutout to the whole team there for the consistency in the work they provide. The owner Josh is one of the friendliest people you'll meet, Kem is always spot-on with the cuts, as is Coco with the treatments. If you're looking for a place that provides both excellent service and an experience, make sure you check them out!

I've been a regular here for 7 months and I must say the boys at KJ Barbers know how to take care of their clients, upon walking in you're greeted and offered a beverage of your choice from the selection available and trust me there's a good selection. Now back to the main reason your coming to KJ barbers, which is probably more than you realise as they have options from haircuts, beard trims, facial packages, colouring and now teeth whitening, you better book in early to make sure you get a spot.

Came here because of the reviews and photos, left with nothing but disappointment. Asked for an undercut, instead got a crew cut. Showed the barber photo and was very clear in my expectations. 3 months of hair growth gone. Might as well as give me a buzz cut…actually why not shave my head off while you’re at it…

One of the best Barbers I have ever been too. Unfortunately I can't remember who served me but his service was outstanding. He listened to me and tailored what I was after to my hair loss. Him and the other gentleman made my family and young boys very welcome. I couldn't not recommend the team at KJ Barber enough. Thank you. The drinks on offer unfortunately weren't for me, however this did not impact the experience.

EDIT: In my last 3-4 appointments I either ended up getting served 20-30 minutes late or had a different barber without notice.My last appointment, I drove in peak traffic to arrive early, waited a bit and then (from asking) found out that my barber (that I had booked in with online specifically) no longer worked there and my appointment got shifted to another barber. This was after my initial appointment time had passed as well.Usually this would be fine but my appointment was already running late and there were so many people waiting so I cancelled.I understand that stuff like this happens but I would have really appreciated being notified in any way that my barber wasn’t available OR that my appointment wouldn’t be on time.Overall - it’s not a massive deal but I wasn’t able to wait for a cut due to my own schedule and this has been a bit of an inconvenience in general. Just not great service and no consistency, even if you’re regular.
