I’m sure that this vet is fine for basic checkups, but it’s truely a miracle that they haven’t burnt the place down. Their inability to keep accurate records for visits is incredible, and their charges for the same treatments (once you explain for the nth time that yes, you purchase this treatment every single time you go in there) is like a throwing a dart at a spinning board. They don’t listen, they treat you like a five year old, and they lecture you on proper website appointment etiquette while they’re already running late.For simple needs, your pet should get through unscathed. For proper health care, avoid at all costs.

The staff were so considerate, kind and thoroughly professional...they actually care about your pet, Coco will definitely be going back, I highly recommend this vet for all your pet needs

The service that we receive from Dr Richmond and the rest of the staff at Greencross Bayswater is always 5 stars! The best vet clinic! Dr. Josh & Dr. Kate diagnosed my pug with 2 mast cell tumours and rapidly booked him in for surgery. They also fixed his soft palate and nose! They took such good care of my dog and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!!! Fantastic news that the results show he's in the clear!!! :)

I recently saw Dr Richmond and Nurse Annabelle - I gave them both amazing feedback in the company review but I needed to let the rest of the world know about how amazing they both are! The doctor looked after my 13 week old kitten so amazing she wouldn’t stop purring the entire time!! Dr gave me the rest assurance that everything was fine and she’s perfect! I would recommend anyone to attend this clinic and make sure you ask to see Dr Richmond! He’s the best vet I’ve ever come across!

Took my dog who I had adopted recently to get checked out due to skin irritation. I got all my questions answered with confidence. The ladies were very knowledgeable and friendly.I was more than happy with the service.

I changed vets as my previous vet did not offer insurance gap and Greencross does. I had my girl spayed and the care she received was excellent. They did a free health check the day before her surgery. Vets are super friendly and so professional. The vet nurses are so beautiful and kind and caring. I now will not go anywhere else. I am extremely impressed. Thank you everyone for looking after little gypsy so well.

My puppy has been going to this vet since I got him 10wks ago.He loves the staff and even with the covid protocols in place, you don't feel like you're being rushed through. They're happy to answer all your questions.

I will be looking for a new vet as the service experienced today was nothing short of frustrating. My appointment was 12pm for my dog’s injection, I arrived before 12pm and continued to wait until 12:15pm where the next appointment was taken in before me.I was told because I was ‘late’ for appointment that I needed to reschedule, whereas in actual fact I was on time and the gate buzzer did not notify the vet team I was in the waiting room. I was blamed for their issues and had to firmly negotiate for the vet to see my dog.Frustrating service and won’t return. Make sure you slam the gate as apparently that is what sets off the buzzer for the vet team to know you arrived.
