Bang on Brows

To be honest, I really like this place to spend my time and money on. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also the environment was clean and tidy. I got my lashes done and I am so happy with that.

I had my eyebrows laminated by Mubaraka yesterday and I LOVE THEM!They look amazing! I can't rate Bang on Brows Cockburn and Mubaraka highly enough! She was really professional but also so genuine and really set the bar for how valued I felt as a customer. It was close to closing time, she made time for me, and made sure I knew she was going to take her time because lamination isn't cheap.If I owned the store I would give her opportunities to process up the chain, to train staff and to manage a store.If all staff in the beauty industry were like her, what a beautiful experience everyone would have!

Highly do not recommend spending your money here.Went to have my brows threaded as I didn’t have time to travel to my usual boutique and was left very disappointed. The prices are not worth the services. I also noticed that the lady who did my service actually grazed my upper brow and left me with raw skin which had to scab over to heal. There was also a scratch diagonally across my face where the thread would have travelled over my face to get my inner brows.For $22 she only “tidied up my brows,” no reshape or anything. I’ve been to other quick brow pop up stores and have paid that exact amount for a brow style and tint.Also the iPad that they have you sign in on at the entrance has no privacy settings whatsoever. They tried to get me to sign up but I could see other client’s details such as first and last name as well as their mobile. I chose not to sign up due to privacy reasons.

I had a great experience and was really happy with the result of my brows henna package. I would give a five star but I don't think I had the 'brow mapping' or massage done as per the package I purchased, and there wasn't a makeup application at the end as per the services brochure. I think it was overpriced for what you get. Otherwise it seemed like the staff member was knowledgeable and did a good job.
