Evan was super helpful in helping our church replace our ageing database and contact system. Over a series of sessions, Evan coached us through the process. He asked plenty of questions, provided sound guidance and encouraged me to document decisions so that others could understand them quickly. We have the new system up and running and aren't looking back.

Our church sound system was getting tired and we were having issues trying to troubleshoot noise, buzzes and interference during our services. Evan and his team were able to help us overhaul our system to improve the quality of sound and ease of use for our worship team – not an easy task to modernise an old church building. With Evan’s recommendation, we recently implemented the first stage of our upgrade, replacing key items such as our front of house speakers and analogue mixing desk to a digital desk and larger speakers which has made a huge difference in the quality of our sound both in house and online. Thanks to Evan and Matt for doing a great job installing everything and giving us comprehensive training to have things up and running in only 2 days. They were both great to work with and nothing seemed too difficult for them to manage, even crawling through dirt and mud. We are extremely pleased with the result and it has been a pleasure to have Digital Team Coach work with us.

We did a short online 6 week course in what church can look like when it engages digitally. We started near the latter third of 2020 as Melbourne was in a firm lockdown. Evan ran the course and presented a well thought out and structured approach to bringing aspects of the church into the digital age. He presented his material at a level that was understandable and engageable for people who had not taken any steps into the digital realm yet, while also presenting content useful to tech savy people (like myself).If you're thinking about being more intentional about engaging with the digital world, this course is a great starting point to get the ball rolling, and if you have the ball rolling it's a great guide to figure out where on earth the goal posts are and how to get there. If you think you're on top of things, then you might find the course useful re-centre on your goals and be more intentional.If you're a small church, you might find the general assumption of having a team a bit confronting, but the course will help you to recruit, equip and grow volunteers and help you figure it out when you're doing it all on your own. Evan had the adaptability to hear from small church leaders and offer suggestions to them that fit their circumstances as well as to speak to churches with small teams of volunteers who were already on board with digital work.I'm planning to listen to the course again now that Christmas has been and gone!

Evan and his digital media team were so helpful in getting our business, Spectrum Support Services, a superb website and a better web application platform to operate from for scheduling, invoicing and communications. His ongoing support has been so valuable as well. Highly recommended!
