I came in tonight in pain and needed to find help. Two females were in the aisle (one older, one younger) I was and chatting and laughing. I stood there searching for something to help me and started to read labels. Neither one even asked me if I needed help. I found it absolutely disgusting. They instead just talked over me cackling like two chickens and NOT doing their job. TERRIBLE customer service. And the worst part? I spent $17 on a bottle of pills that I can’t even take after reading up on them when I got home. You can’t mix it with other meds? Waste of money and waste of time! GO TO A DIFFERENT CHEMIST! There’s many in Port Macquarie that are very helpful.

So much for looking after a customer, my wife needed urgent use of a bathroom. Request refused and directed elsewhere, my wife did not make it. Manager quoted from business song book. To bad if she had a heart attack, probably no help there as well. Will never use this chemist franchise again.

Prices are quite reasonable. Opening hours good.I like that if waiting for a script you are given a pager enabling you to browse the store in the interim.

Friendly, cheerful staff. Nice selection. Had to purchase a knee support. When I got it home realized the box had been opened and the elastic was stretched. Clearly a returned item. I just don’t think those should be put back on the shelf for sale.
