Never again, got a lump cut out which was cancerous, went back for stitches out, waited almost an hour with people who walked in over half hour after me and they went straight in, asked how much longer and they looked blank as if I didn’t have a booking despite me replying yes to text messages and letting them know I was there on arrival, asked how long I can wait for and I said not much longer and I’ll go elsewhere to get stitches out and there reply was are u happy to go somewhere else, have a big surgical wound with not all of it even stitched

Dr Eric & Dr Ling - professional, well educated doctors. Always welcoming and love to have a chat and answer any questions.Jasper Lee physiotherapist- best ive seen in a long time, down to earth, knowledgeable and very friendly. One session and already I have relief.Highly recommend this surgery, they always go above and beyond for their patients.

When you're really sick and need to see a doctor, don't come here. It will take at least 4 days from time of phone call to be seen.

I've never liked doctors, telling people about their own bodies and stuff, but these doctors are great! I see two regulars there, Dr Holly and Dr Ling and they are terrific. Very thorough in explaining exactly what they're doing, what they're seeing and how they're going to help get me back on track. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and make signing in so much easier. You can book online here and that makes everything so much easier. Just. Select a time and day and you can see if your doctor is available.And the pathologist! Never before has a person taking my blood been so amazing! She'll have a chat and explain things about the needles and she is done before you know it. I have thin veins and quite often need to use a butterfly needle and she is one of the only pathologist to listen when i suggested it! I have nothing but respect for Boronia Park medical!

Went in last night at 6pm to see a doctor but wasn't able to do so I was told I had to have an appointment due to having 1 doctor on until 8pm. I was also told to come next day in the morning but when I turned up today in the morning I was turned away again saying that they are fully booked. This medical centre use to be so good now it seems to me that they no longer care about patients needs and illnesses they want to manage people through their appointment systems the micromanagement going on in there is seriously concerning. I'm never going back there and pulling my family out of their practice period

Great doctors who care about you and your family. Very happy with. Even we moved house 3 yrs ago but still go there on regular basis. Highly recommended

My regular family doctor, always get great service from all the staff. Sometimes can be seen before my appointment, sometime there is a 10-15 min wait. Even though there might be a wait, it is not something the clinic can control as every patient has their own needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else, keep up the good work!

So friendly, warm and welcoming, im lucky to live so close. Particularly Kerri who always goes above and beyond to help with the kids when i have an appointment My boys love going to the doctor.

I have been to many Dr's over the years, I have more trust in Dr Ling then I have had in any other Dr. He is caring and a great Dr. Helen the vampire is fantastic very friendly and great with the needle. I highly recommend this medical practice.
