Just be very careful. Sales rep who sold us our block lied about title dates and after we signed the contract Adam had magically resigned. The communication was minimal!

Dint trust these guys I paid a deposit for land in Feb 2021 for land that was supposed to title in August 21! I still haven't got my land, due to the fact they didn't have permits in place, these people are not trust worthy.
