My daughter, her sister, and myself came in last week to try on formal dresses and we just were blown away with the service!From the moment we walked into the store we felt so welcomed. Our stylist’s name was Izzy (I’m very sorry if this is incorrect, but she was wearing a beautiful long pink dress and had blonde hair and glasses!), and she assured us from the start that we would find my daughter the perfect gown for her formal in February, which is exactly what happened.I rarely leave reviews, but we left the store feeling so excited and happy that I wanted to leave a note to thank Izzy specifically for all of her help and encouragement. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed, and she was so accommodating for anything we asked. My daughter tends to get very stressed in these situations, and as soon as Izzy felt she was getting overwhelmed she checked in to make sure we still wanted to keep going and whether there was any way she could alter the appointment to make it a little less scary and stressful. Izzy ended up taking us downstairs where it was a bit more quiet, and my daughter felt so much more comfortable. We have never had a shopping experience so tailored to us, and we just feel so grateful and haven’t stopped talking about it since! All of the other girls were very kind too, and were so lovely and supportive saying how gorgeous my girl looked in the dress we ended up choosing, particularly Cassie.I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. The way in which Izzy approached the whole hour and a half, and her kindness, patience, and compassion will never be forgotten by us. Keep being the kind person you are Izzy, you have left a very positive impact!10/10 service from everyone and we can’t wait to come back and get our gown!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the amazing staff at Gossip Gowns especially Bella and Cassie. What a wonderful experience, both girls were extremely professional, with exceptional service, very helpful they took the time to understand the needs of the client, made my daughter feel so comfortable and were able to find the perfect gown for her formal. They worked above and beyond. They should both be awarded for their dedication and love for their work.I would thoroughly recommend Gossip Gowns to anyone looking for a beautiful dress for a special event. The selection of dresses was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.

I cannot recommend Gossip Gowns enough! Alanah and Cassie in particular were super friendly and took the time to help me find a dress, and even allowed us to stay after they had officially closed.At the very start we said that we had a limited budget and Alanah assured us she would find dresses suitable, and she did. The boutique is beautiful, the girls are friendly, and I found a lovely dress for an incredible price. Thankyou!!

These guys were absolutely awesome. We never realised you needed an appointment but they looked after us regardless. Big shout out to Alana and Cassie for the brilliant service they gave. My daughter is over the moon for the dress she got. Dell was so nice that she tailored the dress immediately. 7 stars. DON'T GO ANYWHERE GUYS, this place is all you need!!!

The service we experienced at Gossip Gowns to pick a dress for my daughter's formal was nothing short of exceptional. Our personal stylist (Cassie) was just beautiful to deal with. She genuinely wanted my daughter to feel gorgeous and knew exactly what styles would look amazing on her. I could not recommend the service and the stunning dresses at Gossip Gowns more highly. Five stars all round.
