Chris and the team at Rad centre are truly amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a chat, tailored individual programs to suit your needs from rehabilitation to fitness. Everyone is more than willing to help you succeed. Best gym in Ballarat, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Highly qualified staff that tailored a specific program for the activities that I wanted to improve in. They helped me when I was injured to stay strong and rehabilitate quickly and safely. If you would like to know that your instructors (coaches) are attentive to your needs and pursuits, then I highly recommend these guys.

Initially I came to RADcentre to help with my rehabilitation after my ACL reconstruction as I had no idea where to start. I only intended to go for a couple of months until I left like I was on the right track; however, I’m now 17 months post reco and I still go to RADcentre every week and I can’t bring myself to ever leave. The facilities are amazing and the support and guidance from the trainers are like no other! I had never been to a gym before coming to RAD due to feeling uncomfortable doing so, but the trainers at RAD are so supportive and are there to help you every step of the way. Highly recommend!

My daughter started attending RAD after she broke and dislocated her elbow. The team at RAD were able to cater for her whilst her arm was in plaster so that when she returned to her sports--basketball, football and netball--she was fit and strong.I think it is fantastic that RAD support the health and fitness endeavours of young people. Their processes help teens (and older) feel confident in a gym setting.

RAD is an amazing gym and has done so much for improving my athletic development. Each morning the staff greet me with a smile and always keep up with what i’m up too. They helped me through any injuries and always push me to be my best. It is an amazing group to be apart of.

After an initial phone call to discuss my current exercise routine and goals, I had a strength program provided by Chris in the lead up to a marathon to complement my running training. The program was excellent with easy to follow exercises via an app with progressions and updated exercises over a 12 week program. Chris checked in via email every few weeks to see how the program was going and if anything needed to be changed. I have noticed marked improvements in my strength and tolerance of running load since beginning the program. I would highly recommend the RADcentre to anyone looking to improve their strength and mobility, particularly when training for running events.

Fantastic Gym!!Chris and the team at RAD are wonderful people and always willing to help. Rad have helped me improve in my netball in the past few years and have worked really hard to help me get me back on the netball court after an ankle surgery.Highly recommend even if you want to improve your fitness, strength etc.. not just rehab. Very happy member! ⭐️
