Felt mis led on the ease of putting together the flat pack shed.Did appreciate sales person locating the colour I wanted.Need better instruction books for the sheds. Felt like was going back and forth didn't help that the print was faded.Previous sheds I have constructed came with at least labled parts not just vague pictures.

Went in Saturday morning and were met by two incredibly rude staff. I understand it’s Saturday morning and you don’t want to be there but no need to go out of your way to be rude to customers. Definitely will not be returning after that experience.

Great service by Dean. Came in looking for some items, despite the store being busy Dean acknowledged my presence and was able to assist me promptly. Great customer service with a positive outlook. He was able to provide me with what I wanted, answered the questions I had, and was even able to give me a good deal on my purchase which I was chuffed about. My last notable comment is that Dean offered to help rearrange my van quickly after we had loaded the Stratco products in it.Couldn't have asked for better service, thanks mate.

I went in wanting to match my old profile metal roof,the staff went out of their way to help, they are all a great bunch of people and I do not hesitate to recommend them. You have to be patient as they can get very busy. These days great service is not easy to find,but Stratco Malaga certainly deliver it. 5 stars

Entered the store Monday morning 4 staff members within 5m of door, not one greeting. 30 min of calculating totals of products. Not one offer of assistance. Leaving the store after 45min accosted with has someone seen to you MADAM"Really poor customer service"

Customer service from Doug was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Went above and beyond to help me with my downpipe issue. I ordered a sump to be custom made which was manufactured in a timely manner. Thanks a million Doug! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
