Absolute con artists! Please don't bother with these people. Our washing machine broke and gave a E20 message saying there is something wrong with the drainage or the pump. A Northern Beaches Appliances technician came out and concluded we had to replace the motherboard x250 or 300 dollars. Fortunately I double checked with the manufacturer who send a technician and fixed the pump that got stuck. I don't know if Northern Beaches Appliances deliberately tries to jack up the price or they are down right incompetent, either way you might not want them near you broken washing machine!

Unhelpful service. Failed to mention in the quote that even after completing the work quoted for (over $300 of oven repair) it would be unlikely that the oven would work. I think that's something they ethically should have communicated upfront.

Over Xmas my sons fridge, which was a total lemon bought second hand of a rip off mongrel, packed it in the guys from Northern Beaches appliances came to the rescue, they did an excellent job and replaced the fan which got the freezer defrosting again, but alas the fridge only lasted a couple more days and died again between Xmas and New year, Northern Beaches appliances once again came out and had a look at it and a second thermostat timer had packed it in so at no cost they showed us how to defrost the fridge manually until they could get a replacement part in the new year, when the part arrived they came out replaced the old timer with the new one at no extra charge for the part or their labour, I would without hesitation recommend these guys for any repair work on your household appliances, their service is excellent and follow ups are great as well, 5 stars guys thank you from a grateful customer.

You disagreed and refused to pay the initially agreed service charge. This was immediately referred to our Service Manager to review, although rather than let him speak with the technician and deal with the complaint, you sent an abusive email to us claiming, amongst other things, that we are con artists. We feel you have not given us a chance to rectify the complaint and instead gone out of your way to discredit us. We are a reputable local business who prides ourselves on putting the customer first. If you would rather use this forum to vent your unreasonable comments, rather than through us, we feel that is not being fair. We wish you well for the future.
