Maybe work on the 14 year old in charge of ordering so the the 10 year old in the drive through doesn't overfill slushy cups in everyone's order for large drinksSpent 40 bucks on cold food and a cupholder of coke I need to clean

GEORGIA - “ASSISTANT MANAGER” @ WILLOWS HUNGRY JACKS. The most deplorable customer service provided. Served my family with a disgusting attitude and almost as though she was in a state of mind of ‘good riddance’.Please take more consideration when filling managerial roles.Will not be returning and would not recommend to others.

I've eaten the grilled chicken burger all over the countryside and never had one this bad. Long wait and staff everywhere not doing much at all. Do better!!

What a joke this place is food all over the floor staff were not friendly ordered food staff were throwing food at people (friends across counter and when food was called out still had to ask for the rest of our meal absolutely discussed will never be back there and would highly avoid … plenary of other hungry jacks to go to… never again … they don’t even deserve one star. Health and safety need to visit this store ….

I love the Caramel thickshakes at Hungry Jack's. At times however, the shakes and the ice cream machine is not working and this is at 3pm, not near closing time.I would give 5 stars if this gets sorted.I was offered a free shake next visit after providing feedback via their website but when we went to get it, they were not able to make the shake again... classic!

Absolutely disgusted with the amount thats served. Ordered a medium family pack only to find out that even though we ordered a medium sized meal we get a share box of equivalent to a single large meal amount when called up to ask what happened with the chips all i got was thats what we have been told to serve. What im annoyed at is you order a family meal and it cant even feed a family my wife and i had just our burger each and thats it because there was only enough chips for the kids. Again i say Absolutely disgusted.

Xmas evening at Willows Hungry Jacks i waited 30 minutes for order.. only 4 staff on who were doing their best and run off their feet. Management needs to get their act together and roster on more staff it's ridiculous. There were so many people waiting on orders in the restaurant.

The toilets were very dirty. Majority of the tables were very dirty. It took for another customer to complain before the tables were cleaned. Putting my rubbish in the bin, and they were overflowing. Would not recommend because of the uncleanliness of the store.
