I’m young and usually never care about these things but Event tuggerah was the Rudest customer service i have ever come across in my life. 1 Older lady was nice the girl with blonde hair has made me and my family never want to come back circumstances were understandable but the way we were spoken to was not

We went to watch the new Spider-Man movie with miles. What an amazing movie and a great cinema. Although we had a good time. They sold me a Carmel popcorn. DONT BUY IT. THE BOX IS HALFF FULL BAG AND THEN THE BAG WAS HALF FULL. RIPP OFF.Besides this negative. I can’t knock anything else. Had a great time.

Movie was exactly what I expected but I better getting my next movie and popcorn for free or I’ll never spend money here again. Got a 9:20pm movie the went till about 11:30-11:45 and I had to get ushered out the front door by security as my car is 20 meters from the cinema door around the back of the shop not the front but no I had to walk 10 min all the way around the whole shopping centre in the dark to get all the way round to my car not on guys, it’s been over 3 months since I last came had a similar issue it’s months now can’t anyone fix one door not happy at all

Shows the best of movies & with me being disable, I can say having to remain seated that the seats are comfortable & the cinemas with the recliner chairs they are very, very comfortable especially when having to remain seated for an extened period of time. Being able to purchase the tickets before hand & not having to line-up to do so is also so very convenient too. It all makes for an overall enjoyable experience.

Interrogated by the security as soon as we walked in, cutting us off mid conversation to point us to the ticket machines which we were heading to anyway. We were watched the whole time whilst buying our tickets, after eyeing us through this whole process, the tickets were printed he then asked to see them. Onced he'd spent a good couple of minutes just staring at us and our tickets we were allowed" to go in. This is a cinema not visiting hours at the local prison."

Attitude by staff standing at the opening, He could clearly see I had come from eating dinner in food court I was walking and finishing my drink, Had already purchased my tickets and etc online however I couldn't even go in to collect my ticket, use toilet or even look at what was on in the cinema or collect my food and drink from register because I was holding a drink. Absolutely ridiculous. Fair if I was walking into the actual theatre room but I wasn't.

I love the idea of Gold Class, but must admit was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I was told your food comes out staggered throughout the movie and you can drinks while watching your movie. We ordered the Premium Date Night" menu $110. All our food came at once with nowhere to fit all the food. No one came and cleared our plates and no further offer of another drink. For the price the lounge chair was great but that's where it stops for me.I won't be back if this is what you get."
