I had two pants to alter the length with original cut and it was measured by the lady at shop, after I alternation I found both are still long and not is the same length for left and right leg, when I returned back them to the shop the lady declined to redo the service with non professional behavour and to convince me what she did was right she started to raise her voice.This place not worth it for the value and quality.Never go to this place.

I needed a different back fastening to my Elsa adult dress and some stiffening at the back of the neck. I was going to be wearing this the following week to our staff charity ball with a winter theme. The lovely ladies recommended an invisible zip which would solve both of these problems. It most certainly did. The dress was ready a week later as promised and it was also steamed on the spot as requested. Very satisfied

I have arrived at the arranged time to collect my altered clothing for an event this evening and the shop it closed. Not note on the door other that ‘coming in we’re open.’ No contact that they weren’t going to be open and as per google open until 5pm. Do not recommend and will be ensuring that I share with others my experience to avoid disappointment.

The zip on my back pack was ripped up and a couple places said its not repairable but the ladies here fixed it up and it looks brand new. 10/10

Had a couple of pants in for repairs, and started off good. Last time was horrible - stitching on the rips are not done properly, and had to redo them again myself.Sorry to say - not worth the money, and won't be back

Have been there twice so far to get alterations done and the service and workmanship has been excellent both times. Pricing is very reasonable and turnaround is speedy. Would fully recommend this business as being reliable and of high quality.

I had my wedding dress altered there, very pricey for what was done. I bought straps to make the dress more secure but they suggested not to because they might bulk up my shoulder (they were flat) on the day my dress ended up dropping and it was a disaster. The hem was good and other alterations were good. But won't go back.

Over priced!!!!I took a dress in to have the zip replaced (I had already had someone else put a new zip in & they used one 3 s shorter) ... Cost me $40

Very nice people, they do a great job and well worth the money. Don’t haggle them for 5 bucks like the “Karen” that was there today.
