Great quality, service and range. The (elm) french-oak cross-back chair I chose is exactly what I had been searching for AND in stock, which meant I could take them home the same day. After previously having looked at some very poorly constructed and more expensive chairs at other retailers, there was no hesitation in purchasing the chairs from Canalside.

I ordered bar stools and they have just been delivered... much better quality than i expected. I absolutely love them. The service was great in ordering and organising delivery to Melbourne was fast and easy.

The staff were very helpful, patient and professional from the purchase through to delivery. The product amazing, I say I love it every time I walk past.

We liked a chandelier and that was the last piece and the floor stock. We went to see the chandelier and it was a bit dusty. So we spoken to the shop guy about the price. He offered us 200$ less for cash price. As we were in hurry we called two days later to confirm the order. Another lady picked up the phone. And started negotiating. We clearly mentioned that we have spoken to another person that we suppose to get the price and we need it urgently. Now we had to call them everyday as if we asked the chandelier for free. Any way they finally told us they can not sell it. When the delay happened because of their own negligence. We left with no chandelier and we had to look for another option within this short time. I felt very bad the way everything was going. I couldn’t mention lot of thing as I don’t have time to write everything here.I am disappointed that I had to go through this experience to buy a 2000$ worth of product. Bad customer service and unprofessional manner by the employees. Never going there again.

A wonderful business to deal with. The range of hampton style tables is broad and quality of timber finish excellent. They were very responsive to any requests or questions especially during the COVID lockdown. I would certainly recommend them if you are interested in seeking quality furniture and service.
