The least convenient Coles in the area. Anytime after 6pm you are subjected to the older lady scanning groceries..but she doesn't prep the job she's doing..no readying bags here ladies and gents. With a line up 6 deep and all other registers closed, she backs up the groceries on the counter than feeds the bags... seriously!! Your losing customers with this ridiculous operating system.

Only 1 check out open buts lots of workers walking around the shop doing sweet f a. Self serve is OK unless you have heaps off stuff or want cash out. Bring back check outs. 0 stars it took like 20 mins to grab two items and cash out

I've worked in retail and providing services. Never ever did I speak to customers in a rude way. Went there shopping with my family todaya and this lady on the self service counter was RUDE. She needs to be reprimanded to the way she speak to customers. Her customer service skills course should be updated. BE KIND" to everyone."

Had to park our tall vehicle (over 2.2m high) on grass at side of road as we couldn't fit under their bar in the driveway. Coles had the items we needed.

Staff are very nice and seem fairly happy and polite. Quality of fruit and vegetables is ok, just average. Parking easy and close.

A bit of a weird entrance to the parking area as you drive under an artificial height limit device for no particularly good reason. A large parking area and some other shops surrounding the Coles. Again not much choice at tea gardens....
