Port Hedland Golf Club
Great place to unwind after a swing or a 12 hour shift. The relaxed attitudes of helpful staff create a therapeutic atmosphere. Its nice to have green fairways to chase a ball down instead of Ore trains down a red corridor.

Great little stop over.. Very basic but clean and friendly. Grab a cold drink at the club & they serve a hot meal Fri. nights.. Recommend!!

Best regional golf course on the west coast. Sand greens but the tees and fairways are lush green. Quite a good challenge with the afternoon winds. Great bar and prices, will definitely be back!

What a lovely little Club with the most beautiful & well tended green fairways. Have turf at the greens.This club shows pride ... the staff while hard working are all extremely friendly and welcoming.Camping has some powered spots but no grass ... that's all on the course haha.Great fish and chip nite on Friday which seemed well supported by the locals.Loved our couple of nights here, with thanks to Sandy and the rest of the crew.

Large paid campground with no apparent time limit at the Port Hedland golf club in South Hedland. Good facilities.Time and Cost: No apparent time limit, $20 per night. Booking ahead suggested.Access: Corrugated gravel access road from highway to campgroundFacilities: Large flat dirt base with no shade. Flushing toilets and showers, potable water, bins, washing machine. Good Telstra, Optus and TV reception.Ambiance: Close to highway so some road and rail noise day and nightMust be self-contained. Fuel and food available in South Hedland 2-3 km away.

Had to go here as cvn pk full. For the price of camground( if you can call it that),..you can't go wrong. ( $20 unpowered)Central to all & facilities adequate. Very basic Recommend if just staying a night or 2 with no kids. Watch out for snakes,...saw one behind neighbours van
