Best gym in town. Been going to gyms on and off for many years and nothing comes close to the support and “family” feel of Muscle Garden. Friendly staff who know their stuff. I’m in the best shape of my life at 50 which is pretty damn awesome! All thanks to Bec, Kay and the MG family!

Cannot recommend Kay and his team at Muscle Garden enough. Amazing facility, top quality equipment, fantastic space, caring staff. This environment will 100% help you reach your goals if you want it bad enough. Mackay is lucky to have such a community spirited individual like Kay who is very open with his time and wants the best for his members.

I joined this gym almost 6 months ago and l would highly recommend the gym as the staff and trainers are very professional and are all very friendly. The trainers will walk you through the program and check on you and if you do a class the trainers walk you through it and talk to you and make sure if you have any questions they are quite happy to answer them.The people who attend the gym are just as amazing and friendly and you are not judge you like other gyms do they make you feel welcome and loved like a family

Great vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely hits it’s target of being a gym for everyday people while also having everything you need to work out + more. Clean, well organised. Love it!

Awesome friendly and welcoming reception team.Clean facilities, that are well laid out. Everything at Bucasia is new and looks spectacular.Love that there is a dress code. Really helps make the gym less intimidating.

Best gym I've been involved in in my experience,Great friendly staff and members alike very welcoming and helpful .Equipment is new and well maintained.Kay is genuinely involved with the community and really has the members best interest at heart. He also knows every members name!
