We had to say goodbye to one of our mastiffs unexpectedly and we devastated. Matthias was warm, understanding and very focused on not only making her cremation as stress free as possible but making sure our girl was handled with dignity. He ensured she was returned to us very quickly and he’s prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again in time as our other dogs pass. Very professional.

An excellent and extremely respectful service. Matthias went above and beyond to not put pressure on us during our grieving process. All the items are personal and we will cherish them forever.

Matthias was compassionate and respectful throughout the process and looked after our Duke with the utmost care. Even just dealing with Matthias through text message you can tell he dearly cares about the level of respect and comfort given to each client. I could not recommend a better service for this unfortunate part of life.

Last month we lost our cat unexpectedly. We called Matthias at 6am the next morning and he promptly came to our house to collect our little buddy. We were still sobbing and unable to say much. Matthias asked us for our pet’s name and he then introduced himself. He was very respectful and gave us the reassurance that our pet would be treated well, even in death. He gave us the time we needed and returned our cat’s ashes to us when we were ready. As awful as it is losing a pet, we are glad to still have him in our home and glad he was able to have the send off he deserves.

I seriously cannot speak highly enough Mary Valley Pet Cremations and Mattias. It was early Sunday morning and my sweet little angel decided it was her time to fly, I could not find a vet that early in the morning localy, and Mattias very kindly helped my family and our sweet angel Cross the Rainbow. I know I will be using Mattias an Mary Valley Pet Cremations for my other tribe when the time comes.Thank you ❤️

It takes a very special soul to offer comfort and care when we lose a special friend. Matthias was sensitive and respectful of what I wanted for my little guy - while realising I was in a very fragile state. When our beloved Lucy passed we were devastated to lose her after 14 years of devoted loyalty to us. Mary Valley Pet Cremation handled to entire suituation with complete professional care and understanding to us and to the handling of Lucy's remains.
