Such a great team, they have gone above and beyond to help us with our fireplace. Good old fashioned customer service goes a long way in this day and age. They gave us the best priced and really just where easy to deal with, they communicated with us every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them higher to get us.

Great service .The guys who installed the heater showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, explained the process as they went. Ran into a couple of problems as the chimney was problematic but sorted it. Custom making a surround as the fireplace was a different size to the expected - their mistake but sorted it professionally . Definitely recommend them.

Great people to deal with, the old bloke there really knows his products well, we went there on a saturday and the installer Daniel sold us the heater, he knows a lot about wood heaters and the industry, he did an amazing job fitting it in our house, very professional with the job and a good turn around time aswell.Highly recommended, A+++

Really happy with Gippsland Fireplaces, they were willing to schedule a trip out to Toora to quote and advise on our best combustion heater options then got the chosen unit installed in good time. Definitely recommend.
