Shopping at Astro Anarchy was an exceptional experience in every respect! The customer service here is astoundingly good! The manager, Peter, was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely went out of his way to get us the best possible outcome. I went into his shop with what I thought would be some difficult (and expensive!) problems with my telescope, and Peter solved them all for me in just a few minutes, and for an incredibly reasonable price. These guys really are wonderful ambassadors for astronomy. If you’re in the market for a telescope or binoculars, this place is absolutely worth seeking out – first class! Thank you!

This is the place to go if you’re after your first or tenth telescope. An enjoyable and informative shopping experience. Thanks for the amazing service over the past two days Petar. The knowledge and time you spent with me going through my options allowed me to confidently and happily make my choice. Thanks for letting me get hands on lifting the dob too. I’ve just put my 10” dob together today and am very excited about getting it out there.And thanks to Alfred for getting that baby to my car :)

After playing with second hand telescopes for awhile, I bought my first serious telescope from Astro Anarchy a couple of weeks ago. Super happy. If you want to get into astronomy this is the place to go. Friendly service, great advice, very competitive prices. These guys want you to share and enjoy a hobby, and not just sell stuff.

Bought the Dob 10” sky watcher telescope for my partners birthday. Incredible customer service, great knowledge and price point. Could really tell these guys were passionate & they really took the time to explain every telescope to me so I could come to a really informed decision on the right telescope for my partner. He said it was the best present anyone has ever bought him ☺️ !!! Thanks again guys, 10/10 !!!

As good as it gets. Pete is always friendly and helpful. Goes above and beyond to please his customer. On my last visit, while trying to sort out my gear problems, he gave me an insane deal on equipment. Needless to say Im a happy returning customer.

Great service and a good price .Peter was a pleasure to deal with .I put my order in Monday and it was hand delivered Tuesday afternoon Peter said I lived close enough so they would drop it off , fantastic service .I got to give a a big thank you to Alf for dropping it off to me and helping to swap over the dove tails to suit my mount there and then .Will definitely shop there again.

Incredibly knowledgeable and articulate, while also being helpful. The guys here are willing to talk to you for ages, willing to get into anything about astronomy. This place is great, whether you're buying a telescope, accessory or even asking for information.

Pete was very pleasant to deal with. He is very knowlegdeble and helpful with making equipment purchase decisions , and will actually steer you away from purchasing gear that is not suitable or unnecessary rather than let you waste your money.He has a large range of gear in stock and provided easy pick-up arrangements. I highly recommend Astro Anarchy and will confidently make many future purchases with this company.

Visited Astro Anarchy today. As a total novice to astronomy, I'd bought a 2nd hand telescope which was sadly in need of work. Not only did Peter sort out the issues with the scope but he gave me valuable insights into its correct use.I cannot speak highly enough of a business that still provides genuine customer service.

The dude was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me select the right equipment for the type of viewing I wanted to do. The store seems to have an excellent range considering it's not a terribly large store. Check them out if you need astronomy gear.
