Very worst experience.Rescheduled many times the appointment for x ray.They simply called said that I need to pick up my kids could you please little bit early.After I arrived and waited for 30 min.Now it's been Rescheduled after 2 hours.Worst serviceNot at all recommended

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever last Friday. I paid for my 20 weeks pregnancy Ultrasound with the YPS Imaging Keysborough. And there was 2 ladies and one of them who’s doing the scanner to me is Indian looking lady. She was very rude in the way she’s doing her job, and she’s making us not comfortable. At the time she’s trying to look for my baby’s gender, she couldn’t find it, for me its okay because my baby is very active moving at a time. And she’s keep pushing and pushing to find it and sigh and saying that my baby its not behave moving a lot while shes pushing my bellow bump with the scanner, it’s very uncomfortable and harsh. Can you imagine that. I paid for the services and this is I got from them. I want them to pay back my money. I am keep waiting for their manager to call me as I already make a report. But still didn’t get any feedback yet. Still waiting…..
