I took my phone there about a year back. My Nexus 5 was constantly turning off and on again, and the power button seemed to be self activating. I called around, and most places weren't able to identify what the problem was. Of those which could, they couldn't guarantee a solution, price range or a reasonable time frame. Axiom was had the cheapest pricing structure, and fulfilled their reasonably held belief they could fix it within a couple of days.

Ok service, ok price, it was done quickly and the person serving me was very nice but he told me even if he couldn't fix anything i would still have to pay $25 service fee which is a rip off. He replaced the screen of my Iphone 8 but the screen is of terrible quality and has an extremely unresponsive touch screen making it extremely annoying to use. I now have to buy a new phone. I am extremely disappointed with the screen replacement because the screen is so unresponsive. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Had my phone screen replaced, the screen wasn't great quality, after it was done, I was told there was a better quality screen available. Waterproofing was removed with with the replacement, which they didn't tell me about. Also found out later that the battery shield had been removed.

I've had batteries replaced in 3 phones, a tablet screen replaced and some other minor repairs done here. They are always very professional and fast. Great quality work!

Good customer service. They didn't break my screen. They fixed the issue and the price was fair. However they did not attach my screen well. The lower half of the screen now protrudes a good millimeter beyond where it should. Slight pressure from my fingers makes it flush, as it was. I'm not willing to pay more to fix this fault. More risk than reward. The phone was never waterproof but with the gap now I suspect a it is quite vulnerable. Personally would think twice before using the service again, especially if the phone was current and still expensive.

I use Axiom to repair the office mobiles. Service has always been good, turn around time is very reasonable and if it will take longer than usual, they always let me know. I haven't had a fault with any repaired device.
