Great customer and bicycle service for a reasonable price.

Steve is very helpful and friendly. We purchased 3 trek bikes from Steve’s store. Steve is very willing to help customers for extra requirements. I like red bike and he is calling the stores for me. Although the size I want is not available, I really appreciated his kindness and outstanding customer service. This will be the only bike store we will purchase our bike.

Dropped my wheel in for truing at midday and it was ready by 4:30pm. Nice that they take the time to ring instead of messaging. Other bike shops were saying at least a few days to get the job done. Competitive pricing too.

The major service I had recently was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, as they always are. I've been very happy with the service and range there for many years now.My only criticism is that it wasn't clear that the installation/application of the bartape (which was suggested to me) and new tyres would cost extra for the labour. It makes sense of course, but I wasn't expecting an extra $70 on the bill when I came to pay, that's all. I'd just ask for the salespeople to be a bit more up-front about that, as I had assumed it would be considered part of the service. For example, if I'd known it'd cost me $60 for new bartape (tape+installation) I probably wouldn't have bought it, so it definitely affected my decision.

Brilliant customer service! Called in unannounced to have Campagnolo break pads replaced. Despite being flat out the pads were replaced in 45 minutes... Big thanks!

Steve and the rest of the staff were very helpful in our bike purchase. Steve was thinking of all the options we can get for the budget we had and making sure we are happy with the buy. Steve was also happy to answer any questions we had and triple checking to make sure the bike was good to go before we left. He even left a number and was happy to pick up the bike if theres anything wrong with the purchase. It was a very enjoyable process, thanks! Would definitely recommend!!
