You know what's great? Being able to go to a real chemist, not a warehouse. And it's not just about scripts..... it's about knowledge, interest and helping you out. They brought in my Ester C, are searching for a dandelion supplement for me AND got me the razor blades I can't find anywhere else. They have great gift ideas. ... and really snazzy umbrellas..... so happy that they are here.

Got my script filled and bought cute sustainable bento lunch boxes as gifts. Super friendly and helpful staff (also took my blood pressure for free). Good selection of organic products and sustainable gifts. We’ll be back!!

Visited on a Saturday after no other compound pharmacies being open. The pharmacist was lovely and was able to turn around the medicine in less than 4 hours - absolutely fantastic. Thank you!

My 82 years old mother in law had a covid test in store and evey day they rang to check up on her and to offer assistance should she need anything including groceries from next door. I have personally gone in to thank them all for their kindnesses and they really are part of the community. Again, thank you for reaching out to an infirm older person when you didn't have to. Gems,all of them.

I suffer a number of conditions (depression, anxiety, narcolepsy, spinal diffusion), and subsequently require a number of both schedule 8 and 4 medications.Upon attending today with a valid script for a schedule 4 medication from my psychiatrist, and noting I would be travelling for at least 5 days, I was refused. I was subsequently placed in a position where I was forced to explain to the pharmacist in front of others the conditions I suffer and the purposes of the medications.As a lawyer I am more than aware of restrictions regarding schedule 8 medications, and would not question such if this were such a matter.However, in this case I presented with a legal, valid, medically necessary schedule 4 script, which I was refused due to my “prescription history.”A totally degrading situation to be placed in, for which the pharmacist was unable to provide clear or valid reasons for refusal.
