the girl working alone at robina town centre dissh on the 19th of march 2022 at 3pm needs serious customer service training. she was so rude, did not welcome me and my mother into the store and completely ignored us. made me put off shopping there when i specifically wanted to grab something, won’t be returning because of her

I went in to the dressing room to try on what I thought was a dress. The older lady who worked there came and asked if I was wearing it as a dress, I said yes and she continued to say “well it’s not a dress it’s a shirt”I reply “that’s fine I’m still going to wear it as a dress”. THEN she continues to say “well did you look at the price tag”I replied “I can afford it”Honestly the rudest experience ever.And when I paid for it she continued to say “did you look for any pants for the shirt”Honestly rudest customer service ever.

Staff are pretty rude and even if you are actually interested in a sale they wouldn't be interested. It's a shame cause I like the dresses

I literally hated shopping! But Lisa was AMAZING - her choices were on point, she didn’t hassle me, was patient, insightful and gently pushed me out of my comfort zone into a fabulous new style! My Hubby and friends loved my new look so much I came back a week later and shopped again!!

Rudest lady serving me, had an attitude the entire time? Then palmed me off to another employee who was equally as rude. Was it that hard to put my sale through? Not professional at all.

Rude store manager and very unhelpful with a return. Lied to my dace about their returns policy as stated on their website.

I think it was the store manager that helped me out on Friday but she was so helpful and gave me a student discount and I love coming into this store because the girls are so helpful ❤️ You guys are awesome

I received great service today while I was in store, I didn’t catch the girls name, blonde young girl who was working at around 12.30pm. Very helpful with helping me with my sizing and even placing items on hold for me as I was indecisive. I normally purchase on line so was nice to see service was also good in store.
