Staff are always friendly and helpful

I was in here today on an off chance. The pharmacist was swamped with about 15 people in line. She asked for help from her assistants and diligently helped everyone. Didn't panic. Didn't rush. Treated everyone with consideration and courtesy. It was a display of excellence in her profession and customer service.

Small, friendly chemist. Very focused on local customer base with fast turnaround on vaccinations and related appointments. I never fail to find what I'm looking for and there is always someone there to help me find anything I need with great knowledge and experience from all staff.

The customer service at this chemist is one of the best I have ever experienced. I drive across brisbane just to visit and buy my products and have my scripts filled. The staff go above and beyond to help, I have witnessed them consistently provide a great level of customer service, and want them to know that I appreciate the service they provide. As well as making me feel apart of their team! Keep up the great work, and thank you all so much for the laughs, incredible customer service is still alive here !!

I try to support local business as often as possible. On my visit to this pharmacy I was blatantly lied to by young shop assistant. Telling me a (usually common) product was out of stock nationwide (which I was not convinced about but she was so insistent) and so convinced me to by a product much more expensive product.Only for me to find the original product I was looking for available in large numbers at Woolworths and just about every other chemist I have been to since.I’ve rarely had a good experience with this pharmacy - which is why I generally don’t use it. Have lived locally for 15 years. Sadly, I do not recommend.No issues for solely medicine dispensing. Otherwise would be 1 star review.

I hope those who run this chemist feel ashamed. They are charging $30 for 10 masks. Increasing price to turn a profit during a crisis is absolutely abhorrent. Chemist Warehouse are selling 50 for the same price, that's 20% of their price per mask. There is no excuse. I will not be returning, and I urge anyone reading this to not give them any business either.

My husband booked an appointment to have his covid vaccine and was then told he would have to wait an hour. At present none vaccinated and cranky.

Great service from all the staff at this chemist since new management about a year ago. Nothing is ever too hard for them and pharmacist & casuals all have excellent knowledge & advice. So happy the 2 women who used to work here are gone! Great opening hours too.
