HORRENDOUS SERVICE: If you wish to spend your $$$ at Shieke, do not count on any level of customer service that would be even remotely acceptable. I have had previous similar experiences at the Westfield Shopping Centre Shieke stores. You are never acknowledged and rarely, if ever, assisted. This particular incident was at DFO Brisbane Skygate on Sun 04Dec22. The store looked like a messy pit. A group of young girls, approx 4-5, all shop assistants (I say that lightly) who later identified themselves as school age and casual workers were throwing plastic security tags at one another, one hit me mid airwhich supplied them with endless entertainment but no apology, chatting about this coming Friday evening and what play list they would use. My fiance & I were in there for 25min, browsing and trying on clothing & shoes. Not one of them greeted us nor offered any assistance. I counted at least 25 other customers not acknowledged by any of them! All too busy chatting and far too cool to serve. I purchased 2 items and enquired if the girls were being paid or there on a voluntary basis. They got to talk about themselves, a flood of energy & enthusiasm abounded. I shared my disbelief and disappointment at their shocking behaviour and one in particular, tall and in yr12 next year, thought it one heck of a laughing matter. At least this one was groomed properly.Too involved in tossing her hair and checking her make-up to care as she served the customer with nil interaction or interest!Shieke, how are your sales? Not interested in your customers to employ assistants that care or have any skills at all other than back chat and arrogance? Your customers deserve respect and a high level of industry skilled assistant. I will monitor your changes and progress.

Quick postage and prompt refunds for returns. My only issue is the quality of the dresses has gone downhill fast. I have beautiful sheike dresses that are 10 years old and still fabulous. On the other hand The new stuff is pretty poxy material and the sizings are way off. I still keep my eye out for things here and there but it’s just not the same anymore. Since the prices of the dresses is quite high, the quality should match. Cooper st are the same price and much nicer fabric. I want to support sheike and I have for a long time but I’m finding I return most things these days because you get them in the mail and it’s not great

Shieke is horrible, the staff in store are the worst and the customer service should not be named customer service. I have gone to the DFO twice now to change a faulty shirt but they won't give a refund, a credit note or allow me to exchange with anything else, they will only replace with the exact item which they don't have. They don't want to understand or do anything for the customers convenience. Don't buy from them.

Trying to return one pair out of three earrings that arrived broken. Waiting online for chat help - No acknowledgment? Has been 20 mins no response - Anyone there ? Also tried calling - no answer at HO - Not impressed. RUDE and quite frankly unacceptable in 2022 ! Took photos to prove this ! Won’t be shopping with Sheike again. After sales service NON existent !

I went to sheike macquarie centre today, 28/10/18 i had really bad costumer experience ever. The sales person was really rude, not even say HI , not approach me with anything and not even smile. iWill never ever shop in there anymore.

I do buy some dress there for my wife, she dress very nicely, comfortable and very shine between in the group of people at the function.

Olivia from customer care was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me.

Sheike DFO, Brisbane.DISGRACE!!Trying to buy a present for my wife.No help at all from the 4 young members of staff behind the counter they were so busying messing around and could not care about customers.I asked for help and the staff members walked off playing on her phone.They did not want to be there and had no interest in help customers.

I have had a terrible customer experience with Sheike. I purchased a garment at their Broadway store and it was badly damaged from handwashing. The fault was in the fabric - with pulling and obvious defects on both legs of the pants. The response from Sheike was that it was my fault and there would be no credit or refund - despite my pleading with them that I took care of the pants as per instructions. I will never shop with this Brand again - they are obviously more intent on saying that poor quality fabrics are not their fault then ensuring that customers have a good experience with their products. Such a shame and a real disgrace of customer service.

If I could give zero stars I certainly would.Sheike DFO Brisbane - Come on Sheike, so out your staff.I visited this store with my partner, the staff had nil interest in help us as customers on Sunday 4th December.The staff were throwing coat hangers at each other across the the store whilst dancing around and singing at the tops of their voices.I asked for help find another size for my wife who was in the changing room to be laughed at by a gum chewing assistant who turned her back and walked off.Sort this out Sheike!!!
