We towed our caravan to Ingenia holidays Hervey Bay. The communal bathrooms, spotlessly clean, tidy and well presented. Great communication about times, dates, maps, bookings.

Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay
We stayed a couple of nights at Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabins were very clean and modern and the park well-maintained. It is also very centrally located in Hervey Bay, within walking distance from the Esplanade. Lara's help with our booking was fantastic. When our circumstances changed unexpectedly, she went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you very much.

Nice staff at front desk, he was really helpful.Studio room was big for a caravan park cabin and you can have your dog as well.It was busy but it was Christmas holiday time so was expected.

Just stayed there 1st week of new year. Very tidy park. Happy with all the staff and other guests was a pleasant stay and will be returning at the end of this year with family. Highly recommend it.

Arrived unannounced & unbooked, the reception team quickly found a suitable site. Nice clean park, well maintained.. lovely high-pressure hot showers. Didn't really get to use all the facilities as it was only an overnight stay.. Well worth the drive.. of

Great and relaxing UNTIL. Wonderful holiday until last day. Inconsiderate ground person decided to mow around our caravan blowing brown dirt throughout our van inside and out. Spent 4 hours washing all equipment which included, chairs, cooking equipment, privacy screens and inside, and rewashing our clothes on the line.Cant believe it. Thanks for the memories.

Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay
The road in front of the cabins was extremely noisy at times & loud for the most part as its on a pretty busy road. Cabins were excellent & the grounds are maintained very well. Staff were exceptional. We did know that the beach was a short walk so we booked thinking the canal was usable which it isn't. Cabins are large & having an oven was very helpful. The BBQ facilities are good, nice & clean. It is very economical in terms of cost as the facilities are very good.

Brilliant caravan park. Stayed for a May in the Bay event. Absolutely fantastic service and really welcoming. Assisted us with changing to a bigger site without any hassles as we had a car trailer and caravan we wanted closeby to us. We have already rebooked for next year. Thank you to the lady in the reception. Beautiful location at Hervey Bay!!
