They sold my father a whipper snipper they said could cut Gamba grass; 10 mins after using it the motor burnt out. They're refusing to refund him. Don't trust them.

The alarm at your new store in palmerston is constantly going off. I live at the building opposite your shop and it is so hard to get a good night sleep when your alarm goes off evey couple of hours. Please kindly look into it and fix it....you would make alot of residence happy.

Their customer service is pathetic, we ordered a $1800 product back in March and they haven't bothered to contact us once to keep us informed. We have to go in there and chase them.Last week I spoke with the manager and he tried to tell us that we can't get a refund as it's a custom made camera, and it's going to take at least another 3 weeks. A quick internet search and I found the same camera $800 cheaper and they have 19 in stock. In the past 2 years we have spent over $20,000 in the Winnellie store, and after the way the manager spoke to me on Friday I decided not to purchase anything more from Sydney tools and drove down to Total Tools and spent $8,000 on Milwaukee gear.

SHOUT OUT TO MARCUS! You were lovely! While your young co-workers were being silly singing in a high-pitched tone in their own world.... Marcus knew where products were and was very helpful!Sydney tools needs more staff like Marcus! I would visit the store more if there was more like Marcus. Give me more Marcus! CLONE HIM!!!

You can compare prices all over town but you cant compare the service from these guys anywhere. Huge shout out to Dylan and the rest of the guys for all the work they do to keep our business growing. Definitely our go to guys!

Very positive experience today. I carried my 4 month old around the store with me and when it came to check out (a couple of heavy boxes), the salesman helped take push the trolley and loaded my car due to me being holding baby.
