I visited the store not for any prescribed drugs therefore unable to comment on the service in that area. I sought assistance to get the compression socks and was given excellent customer service. I was given good advice how to select the product especially the size. I was enrolled to the loyalty program too.

Very nice staffs and good service, but prices can't compare with a few others around.

Had the worst experience ever here last night. Was treated like a child and interrogated by the pharmacist. The pharmacist (female) was speaking very loud even though I never raised my voice so I felt humiliated as other customers could hear. After that experience, I will never go there again and I will tell my friends too.

This is a generous review given that I cannot give this company a zero star rating. My partner recently purchased a gift voucher for us so that we can be spoilt only to find we are dealing with the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately I was made redundant and have had the heartache of dealing with my fathers passing of which I spent months of my days and nights by his side in palliative care.On many occasions we tried to arrange a time and date for massages that was convenient for all parties but she could not accommodate, only to find out it was never convenient for her. Over this time our voucher had also expired (Only had a 6 month validation) and she was not willing to accommodate or extend its tenure. I would warn people before making appointments with this business to ask questions as it is clearly our worst experience ever. (the owner) refuses to accomodate and we will never refer anyone to her and have now placed this case with consumer affairs and vcat. Please note that this review relates to the beauty room day spa.

Went to fill a prescription and was told it would be 15 mins. Came back after 10 mins and waited for a further 25 mins. Utterly ridiculous wait time. Will be going to other pharmacy from now on

Very nice and helpful staff and very good service

1) Arrived at 2047hrs, was told by pharmacist Anthanosis that wait time is about 20-30mins. Returned at 2120hrs, told cordially" by same pharmacist for a further wait of another 20mins.2) Suggested to pharmacist assistant Melanie about number system ( wireless queue system discs that other companies are using ).3) Blatantly remarked by Melanie that it is unnecessary for that queue system as her company get delayed by "difficult" prescriptions and there is no need for the queue.4) Does she mean that queue is unnecessary?5) Is this customer service by serving customers who come later than those who are early?"

Rude staff, can’t provide prescribed medicine... won’t take return for an unopened stuff even though it’s their mistake.... really bad customer experience... hate the store keepers who or dis honest and cheating their customers. Won’t go there in my life there. I will stop another 10000 customers going there
