Customer service is horrible, we got served by a young girl with coloured hair who had the worst customer service. She looked miserable and that she didn’t want to be there. She was extremely rude when we were checking out as she was to multiple other customers that were discussing this after checking out at the front of the shop. I love this discount shop. It has a lot of great variety but this ruined it for me

Love this store. So much more variety and options than the Reject Shop.They pretty much carry everything and the staff and managers are really friendly and helpful

I went in with my daughter (the woman that was with her) and the man that served us was very rude, kept belittling her and talking over her and was very unhelpful the entire time…she was planning on renovating her place, so we’ll be taking our business elsewhere

Surprisingly charming, great displays and always seasonal stock - a great selection and friendly, presumably underpaid staff, which is somewhat suspicious now I think about it... I'm probably over thinking it.
