Australia Post - Gatton Post Shop

This isn't the first time I've been at home waiting for a parcel to be delivered to see a post car drive past my house leaving a notice in my mailbox telling me to pick up the parcel at the Gatton post office, i.e. must go to Gatton for it, although the post always informed me (and I myself always noted this request of mine) that even if no one was at home, the parcel would be left in a safe place at the front door. I don't have dogs, and I organized my day so that I could be at home and receive the parcel at home, thus not complicating your work. I am extremely dissatisfied with this attitude towards your customers, and a big request is to take action to resolve this service point.

Worst place to take passport picture. Went there to get a photo done and was told to comeback another day due to not enough sunlight. Went there the third time and took one of the worst picture, one of the lady didn't even asked if I liked the picture or not. Most of the ladies there doesn't look like the wanna be there. Rude towards foreigner especially Asians.

Can't be bothered to get out of their cars to deliver packages and instead honk their horn expecting me to go out there and retrieve a package that was designated to be left in a safe spot because it doesn't need a signature? Useless service. So now i have to go to the Post Office AFTER 4pm today and retrieve the package that was supposed to be left in my letter box because you couldn't be F to get out of your car and leave it in the letterbox

Rude staff. Package I received was faulty on pickup so I requested a return to the sender. 2 weeks later....parcel is still sitting at Auspost. Phone them up and the staff put the blame on me!Well done

Michael is the rudest staff member I have ever come across. Get a grip man if you hate working there so much get a new one its not hard. Stop being so rude to everyone. The whole office is terrible. Time and time again when going in Michael is so rude to everyone. Aus post should be ashamed of the customer service that goes on there. Well lack of it

5 years of poor customer service complaints and yet Michael here doesn't seem to get the memo. Arrogant, patronising and generally over it. Whoever he's doing favours to, in order to keep his job here needs to reasses themselves.

The worst post office in Australia, Michael is very arrogant, had to apply for my passport. He started to make faces because my signature went outside the box. He was like they will not accept it and made faces again. Tatiana, the manager was the only one who was polite.

Absolutely lazy. I received a txt at 11.30 my parcel would be delivered and put in a safe place. 12.30 I get a txt saying my parcel is at the gatton post office!! I rang australia post to complain and the reason on the system was because it wasn’t safe to leave! They didn’t even show!! As I then get a card in the mailbox which had the time of 4.30pm so if they tried to deliver at 12.30 why would it be 4.30!!! I have never met such lazy people ever!!! I pay postage because I have a medical child and don’t want to go in around people but all this gatton team can think of is themselves! Do we get money back because they are useless?? Maybe it should start coming out of there wages!!

How disgusting! I had a delivery, she drove up my driveway like a bat out of hell almost hit the mailbox then honked the horn twice really loud. I couldn't believe it when I asked her about coming to the door she said she had been told they were not to leave there vehicle ? How do you deliver a parcel without leaving your car! I said do you realise you almost hit my mailbox she replied oh yeah just barely!!!! Absolutely never using them again will pay for a courier! Disgusting service in Gatton.....
