Went to buy a cake, so got the one with a quick sale on it, so I asked what that means, and I was told it's made yesterday, but it tasted as if it's more than 1 day old, and it was such an embarresement while cutting as the icing was flaking off, so anyway don't buy it it doesn't worth the money.

Very delicious looking cakes and everything in the shop you’re certain to have a chance of becoming overweight if you come here regularly because they’re so delicious.For a snack try the lemon tart, so fresh.All item are exceptionally fresh and of good quality.The coffee is great and I use my “Ferguson Plarre” App which provides loyalty points. Simply swipe you barcode on the App when ordering. The staff seemed vague about the App but tried to assist.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My dad went to pick up my birthday cake. But the lady on the counter immediately said there was no cake there and was rushing to close. She didnt even had a proper look. The way she talked to my dad was horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. She argued with my dad and everything then in the end they found the cake, gave to my dad never apologised, and even sarcastically said to my dad are you human?" Not a single apology. I needed something for my father and afternoon tea. We chose a large custard tart and for me, a vanilla slice.However, I was distracted by the stunning cake display in the window. Think that's going to be where I next order a birthday cake.Inside Ferguson Plarre, there is a place to sit and have your lunch, coffee or snack. Outside, is also some lively seating with cute hedge to hide the Puckle Street traffic.Staff are lovely and very helpful when struggling what to choose - took me a while to decide between the vanilla slice and the mouther-watering lamington.FP is kid friendly, wheelchair accessible and caters for dietaries - just let the staff know. Parking can be hit or miss in Puckle Street but there is plenty in side streets.A must visit when in town.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ! My brother bought 2 pies at the cost of 13.00 yet on my bank statement it shows 13.00 plus 69.00. nothing was bought for 69.00. They took advantage of my brother because he's 71. I have to get the fraud department with my bank. They double charge and steal. Don't Shop here

Terrible customer service. Worst Ferguson Plarre bakery I’ve ever been to. The lady that served me was absolutely rude. Terrible attitude. Was with my mother we ordered two coffees and only received one. We didn’t even get an apology not to mention that I overheard the lady talking behind our back to the other lady that my mother complained. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will never come back here again.

Terrible coffee.I informed the older lady who served us of the bitter tasting coffee. She was very unpleasant, very rude and unprofessional. No sorry or means to remake the coffee or give a refund. Her attitude and raising her voice was very disappointing. I attended with my mother who was rudely spoken to when she also mentioned the coffee was bitter and if the older lady would add some water to make it easier to drink. Also the Red Velvet cupcake was stale. Very unprofessional and disappointing to hear 2 supposedly mature ladies discussing another workers personal matters just after they left the shop.We will never return due to the terrible service and coffee.

My first visit to these premises early afternoon yesterday. No complaints about the two small cakes I purchased. Two stars for that.I was the only person awaiting service at the counter, however, the staff (two mature age females) were impatient and curt to the point of outright rudeness. Hideous ambience in the place, hence I won't be going back irrespective of how pleasant the food might taste.
