I made the mistake of not buying my two Electric Mountain Bikes from Pirez. And when the seller (Alienozo in China) refused to honour their warranty, Pirez took on the task of diagnosing and solving the infuriating intermittent power issues in both EMBs (when no-one else would).Stacey & Peter were as knowledgeable as they were helpful, and Nick, Pirez's gun tech/mechanic, was exceptional.Don't even consider buying an electric bike until you've talked to Pirez.

Have purchased several conversion kits from Jerome and Gordon, very happy with service and advice from here. Have recommended this business several times to others wanting to do the same. Thanks for the quality service and good experience.

Great team, great service and great support. I bought the premier 5 ebike with a 52V 1000w motor. It is very very well put together. It’s fast, it’s pretty to look at and most importantly, it’s very fun to ride. You will not be disappointed when you buy from these guys.

All Pirez staff I dealt with there were very helpful, they did everything they said they would, even discounting the accessories I purchased. I called them multiple times and felt a bit guilty holding them back from their work and they assured me if there was anything I needed to know just call them. Upon receiving my bike, everything was in order and it arrived as they told me it would.

Pirez have supplied Bafang 350w kits for my Apollo 29 and my wife's Electra Townie. Stacey and Bill were knowledgeable and helpful with their advice, the kits contained everything needed for the conversion and the delivery was prompt. We have had our bikes for years and didn't want to upgrade so motorising them seemed logical. I found the kits very practical and quite easy to install with the toolkit Pirez supplied. I also had a new seat on back order which has not arrived (understandable these days!) so Olivia is sending a more expensive model at no extra charge. Who could ask for more?All round, this has been a positive experience and I recommend Pirez highly, well worth paying a little extra for service and backup rather than purchasing from overseas and taking a chance. I don’t know where to begin, this place is unreal. Customer service is top tier! I recently purchased a mid drive kit for my bike and a bunch of other items, they arrived super quickly I even got a call before it was packaged just to double check a couple things.I rang back with some novice questions and they happily answered them all and gave me some good advice. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I can convince to get an ebike!

I purchased an Urban X2 eBike Bicycle with a Bafang Mid Drive 500 watt motor from Pirez on the 24 August 2019 that had a recent battery issue. After contacting Pirez regarding the issue, it was suggested that the battery could be inspected for warranty purpose, however, being a Russell Island resident, I came up against real issues when it come to shipping the battery back to Pirez. Stacey intervened and suggested that the Pirez courier could pick up the battery for the return, which was promptly carried out with no cost to me.I received the new replacement battery yesterday that I've since installed and used. I have two electric bikes, my other is a fat bike which isn't as fast as the Urban X2. Glad I didn't buy the 750 watt version, I probably wouldn't be around to write this review... too fast!

The team at Pirez keep delivering! Bought my original BBSHD kit from them a few years ago and it's still going strong. Over time, I've purchased bits and pieces here and there to improve its looks and efficiency, all from Pirez and I've been very satisfied with them. Recently, I had an issue with the steel gear and pawl clutch and was relived to see that they stocked these parts so it was a no brainer to order it from them. It arrived within 3 days and the bike was back in action within a week. Thank you Pirez and keep up the good work.

Pirez Electric Bikes are very good to deal with. Their sales and price is competitive and after sale service is great. No question over the phone is ever a problem and their email response is prompt.
