Ben was fantastic! He replied to my email instantly regarding my refrigerator that wasn't chilling so obviously I was worried about the food. Within 15 minutes he had arrived and diagnosed the problem, gone and bought the part and then fixed it within 30 mins at an affordable reasonable cost. Highly recommended
