Full on Chocolate. Hubby's 70th so a few of us went there to celebrate. The choices were great and the chocolate was not oversweet. Ice cream very creamy too.Would definitely recommend.Staff were very accommodating and the 2 year old grandson loved the baby chinos.

We used to love this place so much and visited almost 3 to 4 times in a year. Today we visited here after 3 years to enjoy our Favourite Hot chocolate in a Hug mug with crunchy waffles... and it was too too sweet which left a bad taste in the mouth.Giving 1 star because the vanilla shake for kids was good.I do miss the set up they used to have before where we could see the chocolate mixing machine in the entry.Really disappointed...Will go and try the QV one next time. Hope they don't disappoint.

Went early in the morning when they first opened and it was the best time to go. I was the only one there and was served very quickly. Unlike the others that came later on, the morning was the best. Loved the chocolate goodies. Not so much the coffee but the chocolate goods made up for it.

Staff are really friendly and extremely hard working, but on nights where I've been and i'ts busy, it seems like the staffing level is not sufficient at all. Workers speeding around, sweating, breathing heavy and dealing with angry customers. I have a lots of sympathy for them. Do better, management.

Located on the second floor right opposite to Starbucks.A beautiful cafe with a small seating around it.Staff is very friendly and polite.Coffee was really nice and presentation was excellent.Will definitely come back again.

Order a yummy cake and two flat white coffees. The cake arrived in a few minutes. We stared at the cake for the next 25 minutes waiting for the coffee. People who are in the queue behind when we placed orders got served before us. At least 6 other people complained. The lady behind the counter was not helpful and not at all friendly. The cake and coffee were lovely.

Hi,I am taking time to write this feedback for your highpoint store.As a loyal customer at max brenner. I do most of my interviews and business meetings at your store, I have been a regional manager at a big retailer in Australia. I was in the store on Friday evening around 8pm. The store customer service experience was amazing with staff being friendly and doing their best. Obviously the store has got bigger which makes it look outstanding. What I have realised lately since the beginning of the new store is, the store is always under staffed. Most of the time their is big queues and staff doing multitasking and sweating. I request you to hire some additional staff that will make the service and quality better for both customer and your company. Understaffed businesses often takes customers to find alternatives which isn't good for company on longer terms. I understand the company has a budget for hours but still things can be done differently and fair to make things easy for customers , staff and company.I hope this feedback would be taken into consideration.

Been here for the first time since it renovated. The seating and tables are huge and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Tried dark chocolate with waffle balls. The hug mug is always my go to cup in this cafe. Perfect taste and keep hand warm. The mocha also taste good. The waffle with fruits are very refreshing. Fruits and chocolate always the best combination. This cafe have huge indoor seating, also have some outdoor seating. Lots of parking in the shopping centre. Public transport also accessible.

Max Brenner - Highpoint
Recently reopened and refurbished and looks brighter and more open and plenty of comfortable seating. They have arguably the best cakes in Highpoint. The music is a bit too loud though and not relaxing.
