Found the younger guy pretty responsive, well informed and helpful. Rang to book it in for a pink slip and some older guy made it me feel I was severely inconveniencing them by bringing them my custom. A friend of mine used to use this garage regularly and he had a similar experience trying to book in a service. Neither of us will return.
