Today I took my car for general service and an oil change as it was time for its routine service. As I got the call after service, I reached the service center for pickup. After clearing my bills, the keys were handed to me and I tried to start the car. Unfortunately, the car didn't even start and the service center person had no clue what happened. She said the service was done perfectly and there was no chance of any breakdown and the car is in excellent condition. Then she also tried to start the car a few times but had no luck. After a full day of service, the drivable car was in no condition of starting. I don't know what kind of service was done and how the car became undrivable. Now I have to leave the car there for one more day for service and sort out all these problems. This is very disappointing and strange that the car which I drove to the service station for service was in no condition of driving after the service. I hope that they will fix my car by tomorrow and give me proper compensation for wasting my time, and money and damaging my car.

The service they provide is very good and the staff working their are very helpful and kinds with customer service which people will like to go there in future

Used this business to service my 4 x 4Very unlikely to use this business again. They got the adjustment of my hand brake wrong and had to take the car back. Also left an oily mess under the sump on the protection plate that dripped on my drive. Also missed clearing a big handful of dried leaves under the bonnet that was a fire hazard.Blacked tyres by spraying oil that went all over wheels and parts of my car.Not happy and won't be back

I was initially quoted ~$10K to fix my navara so decided it would go to the wreckers as the engine was not starting. I went in to grab the gear off the truck and Peter the owner learnt what I was quoted and after a few phone calls, told me he was able to do the fix for just under $7k than first quoted by the manager- for a high pressure diesel pump & timing kit.The truck made it without any trouble all the way to the east and thank Peter for all of his efforts to help me out!!A costly fix over near a month in the shop though worth it to have a fully functioning truck again :)

Got my aircon regas done here and was given amazing service and after the regas it is amazing and cold, couldn't have asked for a better job.

If you want to spend 1.5k $ more then what you are supposed to pay this is the perfect mechanic! Just Ridiculous how they couldn't fix the problem I brought the car for and charge me for something I didn't need to be fixed.The car has been Left with death battery and didn't even respect the assignment time.I will suggest to everyone to don't go and waste their money and time to this Branch. Not even in Thailand you get scammed like this

After bringing my car in for a rattle in motor, they charged me $640.Unfortunately got the car back the same, didn't bother goin back waste of time.Not very happy had to take it to another mechanic to fix it. I wouldn't use these guys again. Very disappointing.

Deplorable. This has been an absolutely ridiculous experience.Booked Corolla for a standard service on the 19th of April, that afternoon when collecting the car we were advised the oil housing was broken during removal as it was brittle, we were also advised that the ABS warning light was active due to the car being on the hoist too long and that if we took the car to Toyota they would probably" fix it for free. Argued on both accounts but paid in good faith for the oil housing. Had to ask the front desk to note the issue of ABS light on invoice and sign that they would look after this. We were contacted a couple days later and advised that they (Auto Masters) "may" have a service unit to connect and resolve the issue - we returned the car only to be advised it didn't workWe booked the car into Toyota to get the error resolved on the 4th May to be told it's a failed steering angle sensor. Toyota quoted a cost that Automasters disagreed with. Automasters then advised that they wanted to source the sensor themselves; when questioned if the sensor was a genuine or an after market part and that we wanted a genuine part replacement

Regrettably, my experience with Automasters during a recent routine service left me feeling taken advantage of.To summarise my experience, please find below some key points:- The cost of the service, which totalled $3000 excluding the necessary tires, came as a shock.- The job was delayed by several false completions and took 8 days to complete, with no offer of a loan car despite my need to get to work and my wife's need to care for our 5-week-old baby. Additionally, Uber rides were required to pick up my car when it was still not functioning correctly, and Automasters refused to reimburse these costs.- Despite leaving a voice message, I did not receive a response or have my calls returned- Upon a second pick-up, I took the car to two unrelated mechanics outside of Automasters for assessment, and they both expressed concern regarding the overpriced work and flat rate fees for all jobs, regardless of other work done. One of the mechanics had previously worked at Automasters and left due to ethical concerns. They both stated that I had been overcharged and misled by the garage, which they deemed to be acting unethically and dishonestly.- Automasters attempted to coerce me into providing contact details for the former employee by withholding reimbursement, an act which could be considered blackmail.- No explanation was given for the lack of an Autocam, and the garage forgot to return my log book to the car.- Automasters failed to take responsibility for their mistakes and were unapologetic for the inconvenience caused.- The garage advised me to test drive the car over the weekend to assess its functionality, but it turned out that the alignment of the motor was out, which could have caused long-term damage to my car.- The inconvenience caused to my wife and I, particularly with regards to caring for our newborn, was immense.Overall, my wife and I were deeply disappointed by our experience with Automasters, which was not in line with our expectations. Based on my experience, I would recommend other people to find another garage to care for your car.
