I am on my way leaving this hospital after waiting for more than 6 hours to find a different emergency that will get a doctor to look at my son. No staff, no doctors, triage that doesnt care, no facilities, no process. If you have an emergency, dont visit this hospital. Nobody checked my son's pulse, Oxygen levels, temperature or any other vitals(she checked the weight though !) before asking me to wait. Like I'm doing now, you may be forced to find another hospital after waiting for 6 hours.

Staff/Triage nurse quickly responded as soon as we are in.The lady was empathetic and kind. She told the process and was good with the kids. She offered them icepop/juice.Of course the wait times are long..but the staff we met are friendly.I wish the hospital management does something and fixes this long wait times.

Currently been waiting for 5 hours for a doctor to look at xrays for a suspected fractured ankle. The fracture will be healed before a doctor even sees my child. Staff telling patients its over a 6 hour wait and to go home and come back tomorrow. Absolute joke

Wait time is so long. Cut more taxes to hire doctors. It would be worth to tripple the doctors looking at previous comments and my own experience.

This was my bad experience i ever had for my daughter. Last night I had to take my daughter to emergency as she had high fever from last 3days. When we were there it was long waiting queue. The nurse in triage gave nurofen when we arrived. After couple of hours I had to call nurses to check temperature. After waiting 3hours I had to wait another 3hours to just see doctor so I had turn back to home without consulting doctor. I felt I made bad decisions to take my daughter to emergency rather waiting for another day consulting gp....also I noticed less staff so I asked one of the nurse and she rudely answered that its normal.

We were left waiting for 2 hours just to hear from one of the nurses that my partner’s son would have to wait at least 4 hours to get his chin sutured. So they sent us home and kid’s chin is still open and bleeding. Horrible experience!

most rude staff , completely irresponsible and carless staff specially the ward staff, They don't even care about emergency, Just because they are not accountable to any one , nobody has time to take them to legal action, I urge every one here to lodge official complain if they or their loved one's have Suffered because of this staff, Doctors are not responsible for this carless behaviour,

PLEASE DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. Worse experience I ever had for my daughter. Tonight, I had to take my daughter to emergency as she was vomiting non stop for 5 hrs. When we were there it was long waiting queue. After waiting 2 hrs I had to wait another 3 hrs to just see doctor so I had to decide turn back to home without consulting doctor. Nurses are rude and they don't really care if your child is crying or suffering from pain.

Came here with my 2year old at 4am.The facility was average but the staff were lovely. They were very attentive and made us feel comfortable. They took time assessing my son.We stayed in emergency for over 8hrsAnd the whole time we had a great experience.

The emergency area at night has no staff, there are no doctors, the service is too bad, not even comparable to the third world, incredible that something like this happens in Australia, where are the taxes going?
