Hired this photobooth company for my 25th birthday party on the 2nd of April 2021. I paid $600 for the 4 hour package which included set/pack up, attendant, props, customised printouts, re-prints, guestbook and all photos to download online after the event.On the night when I first arrived the booth was not set up yet at the agreed start time, the attendant then came up to me and told me that my customised template for my printouts did not work because of an issue with their system and he had been designing a new one for me (during my booked time) that looked nothing like what I had asked for.During the night I went to go and use the photo booth and I was told by the attendant that he was sorry that he forgot to charge the machine beforehand so it had turned off and he had put it on charge now so it would be back on soon. This is more time out of the 4 hours I had paid for due to the carelessness from the attendant/yourscene.Well into my paid time after taking some photos I told my guests not to forget to sign the photo album guestbook, the attendant then said it would be ready for people to sign soon as he still hadn’t started sticking in the printouts and was holding all of them in his hand. From my past experience with other photobooth companies that either myself or friends had hired the attendants would be sticking in one copy of the printouts straight into the album and promptly reminding the guests who were in that photo to sign next to it providing them with pens. This was not the case with the Your Scene attendant and as a result I now have absolutely no signatures in the albumThe last inclusion paid for is the online copies of the photos taken from my event which are supposed to be uploaded to the companies website and then you are given details to access your folder to save yourself. My event was on 2nd of April and it is now the 4th of May and I still have not received my online photos.After my event I emailed the company to explain the issues that I experienced on the night and to say that I do feel as if I should receive some kind of partial refund as I did not get all of the inclusions I had paid for. I did not receive a full 4 hour service, I did not get my customised template, I did not get any signatures in the photo album (at the fault of the attendant) and I still do not have any of the online copies.I waited 3 weeks for a response to my initial email and a couple follow up emails and received nothing. I had been patient thinking that maybe they were investigating further in house and would get back to me however I did find it strange I was waiting so long for any type of response seeing as before my event there was never an issue on getting timely responses.I then decided to give the company a phone call to see what the hold up was and I discovered that they had blocked my phone number. This was the first time that I had actually called them from my mobile so they had actually gone to the effort of searching back to my initial ‘request a quote’ form where I had put my mobile number down and manually blocked my number from that.I then contacted fair trading and put in a formal complaint against the company.Fair trading contacted the company today and suggested by my request to get 50% of my money refunded and also the online copies that I was still waiting for. YourScenes response to this was that Raymond the attendant from the night who is actually the owner said that the reason it turned off was due to my guests bumping it (even though he had personally told me himself it was from him not charging it) and that they can offer me a 2 hour credit to use their photobooth again and my online copies (that I’ve paid for) uploaded in 2 weeks time.Offering a 2 hour credit after having such a horrible experience is absurd to think that I would ever hire them again!If I could rate 0 stars I would! I urge anyone looking into this company for a photo booth to seriously reconsider and pay that little bit extra for another company who will give you what you pay for!!!

All I can say, they came through. The attendant was patient and very understanding. We ran for a last minute photo and whilst he was packing up and he did an amazing job. Initially, I had some issues with communication but like I said they came through and did an amazing - Allowing our guests to enjoy themselves for our wedding last Saturday 08/01/22. Great job and thank you!

Had a blast using the service at a friend 's wedding. Was hesitant at first but Hoa (staff) really made it comfortable to enjoy the booth without the worry of being embarrassed. The book was a nice touch too.

!!!ABSOLUTELY NO STAR REVIEW FROM ME!!!Horrible service as 4 hours was paid and the machine died halfway through the event and the owner apologized for not having charged the photo machine, though he had plenty of notice to have it fully charged for a 4 hour event. I mean it's not hard to do your job right and have everything set and ready.Please look elsewhere for a photo booth company so you don't end up with the same disappointment, you'll probably end up with friendlier staff as well if you go elsewhere.So if i could leave less then a 1 star review I would be!!!
