Nicole and Dog Tales were amazing! My partner and I (and most importantly, our puppy) loved the Puppy Club classes and learnt heaps. Enrolling my 9 week old pup, Boo, into the puppy club at Dog Tales Puppy & Dog Training was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Nicole and Lily were warm, patient and attentive for both my puppy and I, providing me with the tools, tips, knowledge and confidence I desperately needed to help make sure she able to live her best life while being well behaved. Nicole is a straight up dog whisperer, and a lovely person ontop of that. We recently finished puppy school with Nicole and Libby and couldn’t be happier. Nicole helped us lock in the basics with our little cavoodle, and all through positive reinforcement. She’s always happy to follow up and chat about any specific issues you’re having, and help you work at them which is great.We’re now looking at moving onto the next class with Nicole, as puppy school was so much fun, and our little one got so much out of it.Cannot recommended highly enough.

We owe Nicole a lifetime of gratitude! After having a bad experience trying to integrate a second dog into our family, we tried again with a puppy the second time round. Nicole was recommended to us by our dog walker and I'm so incredibly grateful that we had Nicole to support us. We had a couple of zoom consults (due to COVID restrictions), and throughout both consults, Nicole gave very clear guidelines of how we can integrate a second dog with minimal dramas into our family. I can so proudly and happily say that thanks to Nicole's tips, we now have two dogs that absolutely adore one another. We were very strict and careful to manage the first few weeks but it has been so worth it. Nicole's support and tips gave me the confidence to be a good pack leader to both my fur babies and this made a huge difference in the integration of the puppy. Thank you so much Nicole!

Nicole is an amazing trainer, the classes are focussed around positive reinforcement which has worked so, so well for our pup! Classes were smaller and more intimate than most, which was a huge plus as well. Very affordable for the quality of training received! Thanks again, Nicole!

Pup stars and Dog Tales is brilliant. It is super fun and we 100% recommend Nicole and her dog training, over any puppy trainer and school in Melbourne. Not only are Nicole's classes in a great indoor/ outdoor venue, the class is affordable, plus the classes has extra handy tips which is emailed each week. Nicole has a genuine gift with understanding dogs, which is extremely perceptive. As a highly experienced trainer Nicole taps into the wonderful ways of dog communication and behaviour, which is exemplified by her extensive knowledge and friendships with of all kinds of dogs, and tolerance and openness to work with the particularities of their human owners. Nicole has a genuine and warm approach, she clearly loves her work with animals. All of this makes Nicole's puppy school an absolute joy. Her light hearted positivity, passion, humour and sensitivity was spot on for puppy's age and needs. The classes helped us to figure out and work with the nuances of our furry friend as he grew and learnt over time. Nicole's approach to all of this enabled us to solve how to train our pup on the fly and in distracting environments by working with positive reinforcements. All of which was downright infectious!
