My recent experience with these guys: It took them 3 hours to complete a service that was booked as an express 90 minutes service. No additional work and no communication about the reason for the delay. When I asked about the status of my car after the initial 90 minutes, they told me it was already finished and they were just doing some paperwork, and that the vehicle would be ready in a couple of minutes.This whole situation cost me time and an additional 1.5 hours of work that I had to miss at the office, and the frustration. Waiting for 3 hours is unacceptable, not to mention the lack of consideration for the customer. Their customer service was far from satisfactory.

Contacted the dealership via their live chat option on Tuesday morning to enquire about times for a service and the possibility of a loan car. After providing my details I was promised by the agent that I would receive a call back from the service department promptly". It is now Thursday evening and so after 3 full business days no one has called me

Martha and Steven were awesome! Came in with a sour taste in my mouth after receiving exceptionally poor service even blame from a sister dealer. They were able to fix a safety recall fault code and reset the service reminder promptly and with friendly service! Will make the trip down the expressway from now on for my serving needs!

Ashleigh did an outstanding job at assisting me with finding my perfect car. After some covid difficulties (supply shortages) and decision making, she went the extra mile with her efforts to ensure I was happy with my final purchase. Not only was she easy to work with, she knew exactly what to do to put a big smile on face everytime I walked in. I am so glad I chose Hyundai St Marys as I was continuously attended to with utmost respect and care. I would one hundred percent recommend Ashleigh and her team to anyone buying their first car. I am now enjoying my lovely Tucson Highlander! I couldn't have done it without them. Thanks again!

I’ve only given 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars… customer service is HORRIBLE everyone is soooo rude! My car has had issues since November 2022! And NOTHING other than 100 diagnoses have been done.. pathetic. Never getting a Hyundai again!

Ashleigh made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the new Tucson Highlander and kept us well informed throughout the whole factory build process. All of the other Adrian Brien staff were also extremely helpful after delivery when you call in with a query. Well done!

Bought a Hyundai Sante Fe and the service , sales assistance I received from Kelly was outstanding. Also Sarah was fantastic helping me with getting to know the car and extra benefits. Highly recommend these two girls. Quality experience.
